**** Subscription and *****ing.

I have a problem with Blue Label Connect, what they did was to go into my Game account and took a whole R300 for a subscription I do not know anything about a subscription that I did not subscribe on a subscription I did not give approval for.

When I want them to sort it out, they want me to send them my Game account statement, how come they cannot see the money they took from my account.

Apparently it is something they have been doing.
