stupid contract

Couldnt load my Bis then I called vodacom. To my surprise I was told I have a contract with RMCS so they can't help me. Had no idea who the hell they were as I've signed any contract whatsoever with any company. <br> <br> I then google their contact details. Called many times only to be answered by a a machine and no consultant ever answered. The cellphone numbers provided doesn't even exist.<br> <br> Just want them to cancel their stupid contract and convert my number back to prepaid.. So that I can load and use my BIS.
