Struggling to get my swim swap done for 4 months

I have 4 months struggling to do swimswap because of Blue label Connet not removing my number under their company while I paid up and closed contract with them 10 years ago now my business is suffering because I cannot get my old number. All they do is to tell you that they have escalated the matter from April now is July no chances . I'm so disappointed in their service they don't care about their customers but themselves only
