Struggling to get authorization letter to do simswap from rmcs
Hello Peter I was under blue label connect contract for my phone so now I'm struggling to do Sim swap to prepaid. I have requested an authorisation letter from them and they failing to provide me with the letter I don't know why since I'm not owing anything and since from last year december I enquired today nothing has been resolved please help.everytime when I call for follow-up they are taking me pillar to post.
