You call center agents called us and give us a wrong information.the phone that was sold to me it's not the phone i was told about s11 sumsung and i got the totally opposite not even closer to what it was sold to me i told your customers service that i don't want this phone they must collect it here they are debiting my account blue label it's a really **** why are people taking our money please collect your phone and stop debiting my account am taking this with the Regulator i don't know why you are still operating this company is a ****
