Stole my Number

have had a phone number for more than 10 years, on prepaid with Vodacom. All of a sudden i tried to move it to a contract and i am told that my number is under RMCS.

I ask for my number back and i was told to contact RMCS. WHY SHOULD I, WHEN I NEVER MOVED MY NUMBER TO THEM?

This the worst service ever!!! and no one seems to know how to fix it.

I already called in on the 3rd October 2019, and was promise to be contacted withing 24 to 48 hours, and nothing. I was advised that weekends are also counted, still I was not contacted.
