Still struggling to get my sim number

On the 2nd of november i was ****** so apparently i was told my sim is with this company mrcs so i used to call them everyday to get help with regards to my sim swop bt they would take me from pillar to post..til today the 3rd of january 2018 i still dont have my number back. They sent me a sim card saying after delivery of the sim card they wil activate it..till today im struggling to get my number back..i have lost everything i have because that was my life number
