Still no feedback or assistance from Blue Label Connect

After I escalated the ********** account opened without my consent I received the below reply from *** on the 19 October 2022 with NO REFERENCE NUMBER.

“Good day Mr Ntlangule We have received your query. Kindly note we have escalated to the relevant department for an ITC update, we will revert with feedback once received. Kind regards Thabo “
