Still debiting my account

Okay after months of struggling to sort this account out they eventually gave me my refund and 2 days after that they took another debit order so now I'm going to wait forever for then to refund me again. I have asked for 2 months now to cancel the debit orders that's on my account as this contract is paid off. Stay away from this place you will have a lifetime of problems.
