I called to get a cellphone in October. The guy i spoke to ageed that they have samsung but when the delivery came on the 10th Oct it was not a sumsang but a Pinketbell which has a battery that you can remove to insert sim. I did not like that as most recent phones dont have removable batteries that alone was a red flag. I called and told them they promissed to fetch, but didnot until the 10th of Nov they collected. during the wait i had called several times and spoke to iffent people at the call center. I was told that they will not debit in October as i canceled the contract within 10days and they have it on record that they are collecting the phone. Month end came and they debited my account, when calling the call center was told to email bank statement shoing the transaction, I sent it on the 15th November but until todate i have not recieved any feedback. I had called 5times already and each time they tell me different stories. This people are *****sters, they go after peoples monies and never respond or communicate with customers. The worst part is that my account was debited again this morning and when I called was told they dont know how that happened as t shows on their system that teh account is closed. I realy dont know what to do now, loosing so much money for a phone you dont have. and I need my refunds for both the months. When I ask for teh recordings to be sent to me since they say all calls are recorded when you call I was told they cant send them they can only call me and make me listen to the recordings. I dont know how I will be able to use that if I want to take this to the omburdsman.
