*****ing my money

I have no idea who gave this company the authority to deduct money from my Edgars account. I canceled it. I do however want my money back. Tried calling ********** 011 number as received from Edgars for 2 days now, wasted over R150 in airtime being placed on hold and then having the phone dropped. This is absolutely frustrating. How does Edgars allow this to happen in the first place???!!!
