Stay away from Blue label RCS

NEVER deal with RCS or Blue Label. They are a f r a u d u l e n t company! Subscriptions were added to my Makro credit card and I never approved them. I called and was given reference numbers for cancellation (CP**********0-89071) AND refund requests(RR**********0-89072) 2 weeks ago and I called to follow up on the refund request 2 weeks ago, but nothing was done. I was told it was cancelled LAST month, but was still billed AGAIN for the subscription! I never used my makro credit card, but because of these subscriptions by RCS, I'm being billed R450 by Makro and I just want to close the account now, but due to the refund still not received, I can't close the makro account unless I pay for services I never used! They kept saying it's been escalated, but that's just r u bbish! I still haven't received a call! But this has opened my eyes especially as a newly economically active person to NEVER have accounts anywhere again.
