STAY AWAY FROM BLUE LABEL CONNECT

After my previous review they were quick to supply me with a paid up letter and advised me that they have requested that all credit bureaus to update my record accordingly, after which I decided to stop legal action only for me to find out now from all the bureaus that no such request were received by any of them. Now that I attempting to following up with Blue Label Connect regarding the matter they don't even have the decency to reply to my emails, they just ignore me now and probably hope that I will "go away", but they can be sure as hell I won't let this go.
