Stay away from Blue Connect Label❌❌

This company is showing me flames. I opened a Edgar's account and bought a phone there then I started receiving airtime from them. I lost my phone and when I call them they told me to wait 72hrs then after that they told me that I have bought a wrong sim card. I bought a new contract replacement sim card and I was told to wait another 72hrs. Today when I call them to find out if they completed the sim card they told me that I no longer have a contract with them I fall under Vodacom I have to go to vodashop. I went to vodashop they refused to help me because Blue connect owe them half a million. Now am stuck I don't know what to do. I didn't sign up for this rubish.
