Someone please convert me back to Cell C

Well I have been recieving airtime and smss for almost 2 years now and I have paid up my Edgars account. Problem is whenever I have a problem, Im always shoved from oillar to post. I want to sim swap my number and called on Saturday, agent took my details and said their admin department will call me soon, aftee an hour, I call them back only to be told that department does not work on a saturday! I call on Monday, after a long call and waisted airtime, again im told admin dept will call me. It's tuesday and no call has come through!! I need to use my number and need someone to sort this out urgently!
