***** RMCS NO RESPONCE SECOND ATTEMP

This is my second attempt to get a reaction of of this damn company called RMCS , They barred my mobile services more then a week ago for some reason no one can tell me. I called the number which was provided by vodacom, whom i thought was my provider and they keep on sending email to a admin department whom i think dont exist as they never called me back, no response from this '********** company. I dont know what to do as i can get a respose from them, all i want is my ****in services reinstated and i want my number back
