SIM SWOP REQUESTED

Hi, <br> <br> So I was promised I would get a sim card delivered to me. My initial query was not resolved and it's like 4-5 month's and still nothing. So I wonder if the ombudsman will assist.. As per the process of complaints in accordance to the NCR the next step I can take is legal action. <br> <br> Let's test the system!! <br> <br> The number in mention *** and the number I'm currently using [which very few people have because I've been using *** half my life ] is ***. <br> <br> Best regards.
