SIM SWAP THAT TAKES 3 WEEKS TO BE ACTIVATED

i did a sim swap on the 25 November 2024 - repeating to the lady on my cell number ***. she told me to wait 72 hour must call in before i put in my new sim card. called them on Wednesday to check if it is activated. the lady i spoke to said it was done on a incorrect number 066 that i don't. told her again to activate the 072 number again i must wait another 72 which i did. to day i follow up if it is been activated. she also tell me no was done on the incorrect number must wait another 72hour. I'm losing clients' because of them. THEY HAVE POOR THEN POOR SERVICE
