SIM SWAP NIGHTMARES

I have been going back and forth with these people to REMOVE me from their contract which I NEVER signed up for. Vodacom can't do the simswap for me because only Blue Label can , but they keep telling me to wait 72hrs - for 3 WEEKS now , NOTHING ! I am very frustrated because it doesn't seem like anyone there knows what is going on . REMOVE ME FROM THIS SILLY CONTRACT AND GIVE ME MY NUMBER BACK !
