Sim swap nightmare! cancel with RMCS if you can

RMCS is USELESS! I have been waiting for over THREE WEEKS for a sim swap after being told I needed a stupid letter, then after a week I didnt need a letter then finally I was sent back to Vodacom who is still trying to deal with this. Each time we call we are told that the sim swap has been 'escelated' and we just need to wait another 24-48 hours. Its been three ****ing weeks you *******s! I need my number! Its linked to my email, my banking, everything! Get your freaking **** together!
