Sim swap nightmare

I was convinced into taking an airtime contract by Jet through these **********. I have been going back and forth for over 2 months now seeking assistance for my sim card to be sim swapped, they have taken me from pillar to post. they are ******** and have no regard for customers. the number is question in my main number, now i am stuck with out my important cellphone number which is linked to a lot of important things.
