Sim Swap issue not resolved

I requested a for Sim Swap from Monday and a person named Lesley came back t me and said an agent will be in contact with me and still nothing happened. Before I left on Monday still I asked them that I'm still waiting for a call and no respond. On Tuesday morning I informed them that I'm going to log a complaint to hello Peter as non of their agent bothered them themselves to call me and 30 minutes after that a lady called Ruth Mnisi called me and I explained to her why I need the sim swap and that it is agent as this is my number that I'm using and the old sim card cannot fit into my new phone as my old phone is broken. She told me that I need to pay R150.00 for sim swap and it will be delivered to me latest by Thursday. She gave me their banking details and within 30 minutes I deposited the money and send through the proof of payment to her. Yesterday in the morning she asked if when I receive the sim card I should let her know so that she can request for a network to be activated, then I went back to her to say how can you send someone an inactivate sim card if they requested for sim swap it doesn't make sense to me. She kept quiet and never said anything. Before by 11:30 the sim card arrived, I immediately send through an e-mail to her and Lesley and sked them to activate the network as I need to use my number both of them kept quiet. Before I left again I went back to them and told them that I'm still waiting for the network activation and till today no one came back to me. I have a sim card her with me that doesn't have a network and this is the only number I'm using so for 6 days I can't be reached by people and I also can't make calls. This is pathetic to me because when you buy a sim card even from the store they activate it and even if it is a swim swap they still activate it the same time. why is it that your company ask for R150.00 for sim swap and give you an inactive sim swap it is senseless to me and I'm not happy with the service level I received, because it's like someone must take a step of action before they can be taken serious. I want this sim card activated today this morning. Regards Bridey Nkosi(Mathabatha).
