Sim swap for Rita Van Blerk

I have no words other than pathetic I have phoned these people now and I am not lying about 30 Times. I have been struggling since the 15th of August that I received my micro sim card to try and get them to activate this sim card.

I phone them on average of 7 times a day. They always have a story on why the person that is answering the phone cannot assist me. They always have to phone me back (and they never do) or allocate to a different department. This is the ref numbers that I have that I kept so far – the others I have not kept.

The people’s name that I have spoken to and wrote down: Namabisi ; Thebogo ; Mprue ; Pumla ;Freddy ;Paulina ;Kelvin And still today 23 August 2017 – The sim card is not active on the network and I am still waiting for Blue label to phone me back or give my money back R140 for the sim card I will go to another service provider that will be interested in assisting me.
