Sim swap difficulties

At this point im really frustrated i dont know what to do, i lost my sim and went to Vodacom for simswap only to be told i have a contract with Blue Label, i must go to jet they will help me, at jet they told me they cant help i must go to game before going to game i contacted Blue Label and i was told i must buy a contract sim at Vodacom store i did went to the store still they refused and i was told i must come with a letter from Jet i went back to Jet to request the same letter and i was not helped refered to game, i went to game and i was told they dont deal with such its being now 3 months trying to get my number back and cannot get any assistance, i will appreciate if they can cancel all this nonsense and get back to vodacom.
