Sim swap

RMCS is a **** I can’t be able to do a sim swap because Vodacom told me that i have a contract with RMCS which I don’t know about firstly the service is poor, i was provided with a number to call by Vodacom and I requested a sim swap on the 13th of April 2026 i was told it will take 72hrs I called after 72hrs yet still there was no progress they told me they will follow up from network administrators yet still nobody calls and give me a feedback its been a week already and I haven’t got any progress from them and this is a ***** of being in a contract with person without their consent this needs to be addressed and published, the same week i went to sportscene to pay my account they told me if i have used 5000 on my account it came to my shock that how and because of not being able to get assistance with sim swap *****ulent transaction can happen without me knowing this is a disgrace and disappointing, i hope this message gets to whoever may assist or concern
