Sim swap

I called blue label connect to do a sim swap last week thursday till today my sim card is not yet working. They keep saying it will work within 24 hours since last thursday. I even asked them to cancel that whatsoever contract they say i have with them. Still they didnt do that. They are failing to do swim swap and they are failing to cancel. They seem not get anything correct .seriously they should just close that popeye company since they cant help with simple things.
