SIM SWAP

Blue label connect is ruining my life i just received a warning at work because they are failing to do a sim swap on my number, firstly they **********ly gave me a contract now and then when i complained they respond to say i must send an email to an encrypted email. I'm so devastated now i don't know what to do anymore. This company is my worst nightmare!!!
