i call your office last week to do sim swap nd they told mi 2 go nd buy a sim at Shorprite store i did that when i call them yesterdae they just took my information without helping mi with sim swap the agent told mi they will contact mi till now m still waiting .i ril need this sim its urgent i got lot of things to do wit this sim nd i also want to cancel the contract because i ddnt app**** 4 it pls help me
