SIM SWAP

Good day i need help people from this company gave me airtime contract without my permission on my vodacom prepaid simcard, i only found out about this 4weeks ago after i lost my phone when i was trying to get vodacom to do a sim swap for me. I was forced to buy a contract sim card of which i did then an agent from a vodashop assisted me to call blue label for a sim swap till to date it's not done. I'm life is stuck this is the only number i've ever used from applying for jobs to personal stuff, my current job requires an OTP before i can login i'm stuck at work i dont even know if i'll get paid this month. I've been in contact with the blue label consultants almost everyday and everytime i get a nonsense story can you please tell me what to do i need my number back. Please help my name is Mpho G Tlou
