Sim Swap

Really bad service, I called informing them that someone is trying to do a sim swap on my number, the say they escalated the matter and will be in contact with me. 10 minutes after the call I no longer have network on my phone and its 48 hours later I am still waiting for them to sort this mess out. tried calling them but they dont pick the phone
