Sim card not provisioned

Please cancel this contract and reactivate my sim card, my number is no longer working since Thursday. I'm getting a message that reads: sim card card not provisioned. I cannot make outgoing calls incoming call?? please assist urgently.

I phoned MTN yesterday and I was told my number is now on a contract with RMCS and I don't remember signing anything ***
