Signed up for airtime contract without my knowledge and permission.

I am signed up for a contract to receive airtime on a number I have been using for more than 12 years without my consent..Please cancel this contract as I have never signed for it.I don't even know how Vodacom allow such without my permission.I have called,emailed even sent a text on messenger with no concrete answer.I am sick of this ****.
