**** company

I signed up for a cellphone contract and decided to cancel the contract because i do not want the phone anymore... I called the company and was told someone will contact me within 5 working days. This s was on the 18th of October 2018, im still waiting for the call... Today r99 activation fee was taken from my account., i called the company and inquired and the lady told me that she will inform her supervisor and will get back to by today. Now i just received an sms saying the cellphone will b deliverd to me which i do not want... I tried calling the head office number but no one picks it up and it gets cut off after a long time of waiting on tge line for the next available operator...

This only shows that this company knows nothing about customer service and it ****s people of their money by not meeting customer demands
