I received a call from RCS stating i am 1 of their loyal clients that they are offering a cellphone deal with minutes sms and data to,they are in partnership with Blue label connect,after speaking to my partner we agreed its a good deal,so 1stly they load the wrong package,i query that and upon my query i was told that after 3months i must pay R149 extra if i want to continue receiving my minutes,i told the consultant at Blue label connect,that was not the agreement or contract that i was offered by RCS,she said she would listen to the recording between myself and the RCS consultant and would get back to me,she called me again and confirmed that the RCS consultant did not explain to me correctly however she will have to escalate it to her manager,that was last week,i have been calling RCS and was told i must contact Blue label connect,i called them and am still waiting on them to get back to me,i have been calling/emailing and chatting on WhatsApp but i get no reply,i am still waiting on ANYONE from Blue label connect to contact me but nothing
