Selling lies to poor south africans

Am really disappointed with blue labels connect I have a contract with them I bought a phone A52 Pro this year January 2025 and the phone is now giving me problems the loud speaker is not working and I called them they said do I want to book for repairs.

This is a new phone I believe is still has a warranty I only used it for a month this lady Michelle she doesn't know what to do surely the blue labels connect business is a **** and *****.

When they sold me this contract I was told that this phone has a insurance if is broken or ****** I will be replaced with another phone but now things change and I wouldn't recommend anyone to take a deal with them
