Sell to people things which not working. Very unhappy

About 3 months ago they contact me about a cell phone contract. They told me that the cellphone which it been charge battery life is about 3 days. I did charge it then till it was full. And then I try to used it. Battery life isn't even last for 3 hours. Then I contact there customer care to told them I not interested with a phone which is not working at all. Please come and take back the phone. Till now they didn't arrange to come fetch the phone. They rather keep on phoning me and like threatening and they are like extremely rude when I told them I am not going to pay for a thing which is not working. I get now really tied for there bossy attitude and if somebody will every ask me if I will recommended blue label connect I will told them to stay away as far as possible.
