I have never been so annoyed. My phone got ****** 3 weeks back, I tried calling Vodacom for a Simswap, surprisingly I was informed that I couldn't do a Simswap because my number was registered in July with RMCS as a contract number. When I asked who is this RMCS and how did they convert my number into a contract number with them, they told me through my clothing Account. Firstly I do not have any clothing Account under my name, I told them to cancel this contract I never signed for and I want my number back, those unprofessional and very rude RMCS agents told they were gonna call me back and I have been waiting since last week. This is very ********* and what happened to POPI act and TCF? I want my number back with Vodacom .
