<p>My name I Sibusiso on the 29th of July 2016 I discovered that my prepaid number have been converted to contract under rmcs I tried to call their call centre to try and cancel this contract bt they never did instead they gave me reference numbers and promise to get back to me within 48hours.</p> <p> </p> <p>What frustrates me the most is that they took over my on my phone settings now I cant do sim swap, I can't see who is calling me and vodacom can't assist.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please help me in this regard</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you</p>
