I lost my phone on the 30th of last month. When I went to do simswap at vodacom they told my number is being held by rmcs. I wrote an email to this company to cancel this, and asked them where and how did they get my details to open this contract. They told me from Edgars. So edgars sold my information to whereas I signed their privacy policy to not disclose my details. Rmcs open the contract without my consent. I've contacted Edgar's head office and they told me they will resolve this matter and get back to me till now. A lady called Tebogo from rmcs rep**** to my email asking me to confirm my details so that they can cancel this contract and send the form to vodacom offices. I went to vodacom store again today and this is rmcs still holding my number! Please help me.
