I wish I first reviewed them before taking out a cell phone. I want to warned people please do not do business with Blue Label Connect. I have cancelled a cell phone contract within 7 days of receiving it. For the last.year they still deducting and keep on harrasing me that I am in areas. I cannot even stop my debit order please I need assistance.

Kindly note as per telephone communication, a Courier collection has been booked for the device for next week Monday. Please ensure that everything is returned back for cancellation process. Please note that we can only cancel the contract once the device and sim card has been received back at our office and assessed for any damages. Refund will be processed as well, kindly note that all refunds are processed on Fridays and no sooner.
