**** cellphone contract with extremely poor service at it Best and empty promises

On the 16 August 2022 I received a cellphone through courier from Blue connect @ 9h17 within an hour ive made a call to them letting Them Know of the fault on a phone supposed to be new I was told someone will contact me within 72hrs after 5days no One called I sent emails and serveral calls I was given a waybill number that's a phone will be collected on the 25th I asked the consultant if the debit order will go through since this phone is fault secondly I received it mid month with half of benefit I was told to call once debits gone through on the 27th debits if R389 went through my account the phone is still not collected I have tried to download apps it doesn't even last am hour it switch off . I called again on the 30 I was promised the phone Will be collected I am still waiting as From the 16th of August I am charged full service installment but I was offered half if everything From data,sms,voice call on a fault cellphone branded as new.i have wasted so much time calling, emailing This Blue connect label it hell service we ever I don't want anything From them now tired of wasting my energy and my aitme calling them Hi

This is the 8th email not getting any response, no feedback, But debited my account. I will change my account details and report you further because I can't pay for a fault cellphone and be billed full Month instalment and be promise Good service the ****.

Refund back My money deducted after repotted fs faults Cancel This contract no contract cancellation fee I will pay because I reported your phone within an hour after receiving it I was still within customer Right to return it Not satisfied

Collect your phone and provide me with proof of cancelling contract with you.
