I have had another failed delivery of my contract phone, this time through DSV. Once again the card machine says my bank is not recognized and contract not approved. How does a POS machine not recognize a NEDBANK account?! This is the worst shopping and customer service experience. They take days to respond to mails and dont answer the phone. Please cancel this contract once and for all if you dont know what youre doing. This is the 4th failed attempt at delivery.
