Rude staff

I spoke to someone by the name Dudu, was then transferred to confirmation dept after was told I qualify for phone contract. joo the guy is very rude unprofessional he speaks fast you can't even hear understand what he says. and when I ask him question he just blasted on me over the phone. I couldn't take it and told him to cancel the phone I don't want that phone anymore. The service is very unprofessional as if we are idiots.I mean I was asking about R140 why should I have to pay it while I will be paying R499 monthly
