RMSC=****!

I have had the unfortunate experience of having my prepaid number, which has been in use for over 15 years now, transferred to a contract by these people without my knowledge. I have an old blue 32k sim card and recently got a new phone that is unable to use the sim card. I went into a Vodacom outlet for a sim swop and was informed of this. Vodacom was unable to assist and asked me to to contact RMCS personally as only they can assist. I contacted them and recieved a permission letter to the Vodacom outlet to do the sim swop. Went back to Vodacom only to find that they can not assist due to RMCS owing Vodacom an astronomical amount of money. I emailed and called RMCS to no avail. Finally I received an email from a Lindah at RMCS stating that I must now go and buy a contract sim card for R69, send her the sim number and she can activate it from her side. Which I did. All the up and down, calls and emails have costed me for something I believe is *****! Still I am unable to use the sim card! No response from these people! I am now wanting to alert the public as Vodacom has informed me that I am not the first victim here. RMCS is truly a crock of ****!
