RMCS/Edgar's ****

Hello Peter I had an Edgar's account since 2007 and it was closed in 2016. On the3rd March 2018;I was hijacked and my cellphone was taken. I went to MTN stores for a simswap, they told me im in a contract with RMCS .I was then advised to go to Jet or Edgar's store . First I had to hold the line for about an hour .Then I took the RMCS number from them. Secondly, I don't know how I even have a contract. Is Edgar's giving the ****s business while making us suffer?, I have called all their numbers found on internet and e-mails ,but nothing. It's been 3weeks now,i haven't received any response.
