RMCS ******** Contract

I received a message that my number has been converted to a contract, I called Vodacom and they told me that the contract is with RMCS and told me to go to an Edgar's or Jet store, I did that and they called RMCS who confirmed the contract, I told them I never app**** to any contract and they said they'll sort it out within 48hrs, it's been 4 days now and it's not sorted, this is stressful and frustrating as I had 1600 talking points and they have now disappeared. RMCS please sort this mess out asap as it is frustrating and stressful! My Ref number is: ********** 526918
