RMCS - ******** AND DISGUSTING

The shock I have when I read and enquired at Edgar's about my account tht I have paying consistently without fail, bt debt not going down. All to find out this company rmcs has added a contract phone with benefits of airtime and smsz that I never got. An amount to the tune of R150 in total a month, which as per edgars, goes back to October 2019 of me paying this money. Bt in actual fact it goes waaay back than tht. Upon store call and email, no response to this ghost company apart from a recording call tht they have been sending me as proof of me agreeing to this contract since the 15th,whereas they promised... Am soo ****ed off by the lies of this company and promises that never materialise. Edgars is nt even a shop I buy a cell phone from. I have made an appointment for legal advice as to deal with this *******ion as it has also caused a great inconvenience on my part, using my resources for a wrong action they have failed to account for thus far.
