RMCS unknown cellphone contract

I have an account with Edgars and I recently noticed I was paying for a contract for airtime of 115 and 200 sms. I checked my statements of last 6 months and i was shocked that i have been paying for this contract and i don't even get any airtime from this RMCS. I called Edgars they told me they will investigate and after 5 working days they called me saying I took the contract and they have a recording . I have only one contract with Vodacom and I haven't taken any contract with any service provider. My question is which number is this contract under because I haven't received any airtime or sms if they claim I took the contract. This RMCS company is robbing me of the last cent I'm working hard for . I need to be reimbursed the money I've been paying for so long for nothing.
