RMCS sim swap

<p>Called RMCS on the 15th and was given reference number ********** 697956 and was told i would be contacted wich never happened on the 22nd I called again and got reference number ********** 705721 they never got back to me on that also then I sent an email and still no respose. I need my number back as it is my primary number ********** is the number I need back.</p>
