RMCS SIM CARD TO PREPAID

Good day! I have been trying to port my RMCS "contract sim" to prepaid for over a year now. I am called and emailed, both RMCS and MTN on numerous occasions. The emails date back to November 2018 and my sim is still a "business sim card".

This company does not deserve any stars. I am so irritated that I was sold this stupid contract.

Good day Customer request to do a sim swap Ref number: ********** 815203. Customer been waiting for 2 months and went to MTN and the number is not on prepaid. action as urgent because customer had been waiting long and no consultant have phoned her as yet. AND STILL NOTHING. Called MTN on Friday and still not on prepaid.
